1. Return Policy

1.1 Policy Duration:

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

1.2 Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused condition with all labels and tags intact.
  • Wrong Shipment: If the order was incorrectly shipped by us, we will resend the correct order at no additional cost.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: For issues like size, color, etc., the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Product Exchange: You can request a product exchange within 7 days, subject to stock availability and company approval.

1.3 Non-Eligibility for Returns:
Returns may be refused if:

  • The product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • The product is not in its original condition.

1.4 Additional Return Notes:

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.

  • We are not responsible for products that are damaged or lost in return shipment. Refunds can only be issued upon receipt or proof of return delivery.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Exchanges by Courier:
To exchange an item by courier, follow these steps:

  • Visit our Exchange Center.
  • Enter your order number and email address to start the process.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

2.2 Important Notes for Courier Exchanges:

  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Ensure they are packed securely to avoid damage.
  • All goods will be inspected upon return. If an item is in unsuitable condition, it may be returned to you at your cost or disposed of accordingly.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our policy guidelines.
  • Strictly no cash refunds. If the exchange item exceeds the value of the returned item, you will be required to pay the difference. No cash refund will be given if the exchange item is of lower value.
  • Exchanges must be completed within 7 days of the invoice date.

2.3 Exchanges in Retail Stores:
You can exchange items at any of our Songket Republik retail stores. Here's how:

  • Present your ORDER NUMBER, either by showing the payment receipt or the shipping order details received via SMS.
  • Bring the product with its original packaging to your preferred store.
  • Our staff will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they are in good, unworn condition.
  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you may choose another item, subject to availability.
  • If the exchange item exceeds the value of the returned item, you will need to pay the difference. No cash refund will be given if the exchange item is of lower value.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Inspection and Approval:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2 Refund Issuance:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
