Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Within Malaysia)

Songket Republik delivers orders to street addresses of Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. At the moment, international shipping is available to Indonesia, Brunei, and Singapore.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, you may be required to validate the receipt of your order by signing with the delivery personnel. Please inspect the parcel's packaging to ensure the seal is intact before signing. If the seal is broken, check the contents immediately and refuse to sign if there are any issues.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not home to receive your order, you can track the status via your account or the carrier's website. If the delivery cannot be completed after several attempts, or if the order is not picked up from a designated location, the parcel may be returned or disposed of after the stipulated time. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Packaging

We use standard packaging materials for all orders and do not offer special packaging services at this time.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We can only deliver to one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Shipping Charges

Songket Republik offers FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders within the 14 states of Malaysia. For orders to Sabah and Sarawak, delivery charges apply. International shipping is available to Indonesia, Brunei, and Singapore, with rates calculated at checkout.

Refund Policy

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed immediately after the transaction is confirmed and dispatched via our designated carriers from Monday to Friday based on the carrier's operations.

Delivery Lead Time
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders confirmed before 12 noon, Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays), will be shipped from our Kuala Lumpur outlet within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday and over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Peninsula Malaysia: 1 – 3 working days
  • Sabah & Sarawak: Currently, we do not ship to these regions.
  • Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore: 5 – 10 working days (depending on customs clearance)

During Sale/Promotional Periods
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak sale or promotional periods due to the high volume of orders. We recommend placing your orders early, especially during festive seasons like Hari Raya.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by logging into your account or visiting the carrier's website. Please allow a few hours after receiving the email for tracking information to be updated.
